Essential Ingredient:
Turkey Mince
Ingredients
1lb turkey mince

1 red onion finely chopped

1 small leek finely sliced

1 jar Korma sauce

1 pack of pastry, will work with either shortcrust or flaky



To serve:
Serve with picnic favourites.
Recipe from Fun-as-a-Gran.
Can be eaten hot or cold.
Perfect for family picnics.
Method
  1. Fry mince and onions off until browned
  2. Add leeks and korma sauce and cook for 15 mins
  3. Leave to cool
  4. Once cooled roll out pastry and spread turkey mix across the top
  5. Roll up as you would a swiss roll and cut into slices approx 1 inch thick
  6. Place on well oiled baking tray and cook for approx 18 mins at 200 oC
