Turkey Red Pepper Burgers

Essential Ingredient:
Turkey Mince
Ingredients
1 red pepper

6 spring onions

2 garlic cloves

A small handful of flat-leaf parsley

680g extra lean turkey breast mince

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Low-calorie cooking spray.



To serve:
4 x 60g wholemeal rolls, lettuce, cucumber and tomato slices.
This recipe is free on Extra Easy and Original and 12 Syns on Green.
Method
  1. Preheat the grill to hot
  2. Place the turkey in a bowl along with the pepper, spring onions, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce and combine with your fingers
  3. Divide the mixture into four portions and shape each into a chunky burger
  4. Spray with low-calorie cooking spray and grill or barbeque for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Great recipe, a great tasting healthy meal for my family which consists of five. It's a fantastic meal in the circumstances of a healthy family diet and also great for a regular meal in spring/summer. x
